“He certainly deserves a name, but regardless, this young herdsire can be found a lot in the breeding records for May, June & July litters. He was one of the very first Distinct’s born here and we started him at less than 6 months of age. So many quirky similarities to Swagger – from his skull shape and ears, to his back shape and deep expressive stifle and finally his feet and legs. Perhaps the most comparable trait is his inherent ability to grab a gear with incredible stamina. 8-1 is considerably shorter bodied than his sire and progressively heavier structured and bigger footed than Distinct, Kiss My Hocks or Swagger. We believe 8-1 is a next step for our breeding program and we’re excited about his future!
