Sometimes the pig just doesn’t match the paper and sometimes the best laid plans don’t work…. BUT, every once in awhile, a plan comes together and you get exactly what you were hoping for. Using Too the Moon in this spot was absolutely intentional and when this one hit the show barn, he was a keeper all the way! Too the Moon’s dam is a littermate to Mama Tried and his mother is B354’s sister, otherwise known as the best Berkshire gilt that ever left this farm. Her mother is 379-12 which is the same sow you’ll find on the bottom side of B75. This young herdsire represents line breeding at its finest and he’s going to get a big boy chance around here.
